Ghostrunner was announced last year and it's been described as Mirror's Edge blending in with Dishonored. Overall, the gameplay looked quite intense from the game's initial trailer, but today we have some new footage to view for this upcoming cyberpunk FPS video game, which you can see just above.
The video game is developed by One More Level studio and from what we know so far, the game focuses on climbing a tower-like city which is humanity's last refugee. However, it's also a corrupt place and it looks like our protagonist is looking to turn things around.
With a massive class structure with no way to increase your rank in society, the rebellion has begun and this fast-paced FPS feels like a whirlwind of fun. From the footage alone, we can see our protagonist running through walls, dashing through the air, or strafe at intense speeds to avoid firefights.
The game is set to release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC platforms. Currently, the title does not yet have a specific release date, although development studio and publishers All in! The games are hoping to see Ghostrunner hit the market sometime later this year.
While waiting to see the video game title's official release date, you can check out IGN's recently released gameplay footage posted just above. Also, take a look at some of the screenshots from the title below.
