How To Beat The Hunk | boss guide
Beating Big Chunk is not easy. It's a big rock monster with a giant hitbox. If you play effectively (and with friends), you can make your first encounter easier – just rush to get a arc fort. It's easier to do with friends.
Before we get to the nitty-gritty, you'll need to remember a few basic tips. The boss appears on Day 3/4/5 depending on your difficulty. In Normal, the boss will appear on the night of Day 4.
- Pick all the mushrooms you find! If you want to survive against the boss, you need as much healing as possible.
- Orange mushrooms heal.
- Yellow mushrooms satisfy hunger.
- Sugon mushrooms heal stamina.
- Slubon mushrooms cure everything.
You will need to build a Worktable and furnace AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

- furnace: Made from Workbench + 15 Rock
- Anvil: 5 Iron Bar + 15 Rock
