Resident Evil 2 Remake Won It Last Year
As we've talked about often over the past few weeks, 2022 has been a really good year... for gaming.
Each system brought it to some extent; yes even Xbox with Ori and the Will of the Wisps. But it looks like Sony is really crushing 2022 with several exclusives, including Persona 5 Royal, which is said to be the highest-rated title of 2022 by Metacritic.
In a comprehensive new list, you can check out the top-rated games by platform. It's a great look at how everyone has done, as the exclusives are usually at the top. It also brings tears to my eyes to see Half-Life: Alyx take the place for PC. Of course, it's restrictive because it requires VR, but it's good that it's noticed. Maybe we're hoping for a new Half-Life game after all, even if it doesn't hit all of its sales targets.
